Extended Learning Programme.

The Extended Learning Programme aims to empower students by supporting their holistic development and preparing them for the future. Through a diverse range of co-curricular and sports clubs, the programme ensures that every child is exposed to a broad spectrum of experiences, knowledge, and competencies.

Students explore Science and Technology, Performing and Visual Arts, Language, Media and Communication, and Life Skills through structured club experiences. Each term gives students a new opportunity to discover interests and build practical competencies.

Culinary Arts.

A working kitchen, a serving counter, a table.

Children develop practical cooking techniques, explore doughs and ferments, discover regional Pakistani cuisine, and gain an introduction to the economics of running a food service.

Mindful Gardening.

A garden bed, a hose, a season of patience.

Children plant, weed, water, and harvest. The garden becomes a slow reminder that hard work and time yield meaningful results.

Pottery.

Wedging, throwing, glazing, firing.

The wheel teaches patience and focus before it teaches technique.

Stargazing.

A telescope, a clear sky, a star atlas.

Students observe the night sky, identify constellations, and explore the wonders of astronomy through guided stargazing sessions.

Yoga.

A short, focused practice led by qualified instructors.

Through movement, balance, and mindful breathing, students develop strength, flexibility, and a greater sense of calm and wellbeing.

vi.

Meditation.

Ten quiet minutes.

Through guided breathing and mindful reflection, students develop focus, self-awareness, and a greater sense of calm and emotional balance.

Calligraphy.

The pen, the page, and the art of careful expression.

Students explore different styles of lettering while developing patience, focus, and attention to detail. A practice that slows the hand and steadies the mind.

Drama.

A real stage, a real audience, and the opportunity to perform.

Students build confidence, creativity, and communication skills through productions that encourage collaboration, commitment, and self-expression.

Students participate in traditional and international sports that build confidence, discipline, teamwork, resilience, and physical wellbeing.

ELP grows with each stage of school. Students first experience breadth, then begin to choose areas for deeper skill-building, and finally apply their learning through specialised work, leadership, and real-world responsibilities.
